Apparently a random weird Vegas gambler in $12 million worth of debt managed to con our previous administration, the CIA, the Pentagon, and others through a series of staged demonstrations that news network Al Jazeera was broadcasting sinister encrypted messages to agents of Al-Qaeda around the world.
